1. How long does it take for you to process my order?

  • 1 - 3 Business Days - Glitter/UV DTF Wraps/Decals
  • 1 - 3 Business Days - Blanks
  • 5 - 7 Business Days - Personalised Items

2. Is your glitter sold in zip lock bag or jars?

  • We sell both options

3. How many grams are in each bag/jar?

  • We sell three sizes: 25g, 25g Jar, 50g, 50g Jar, 70g Jar, 100g & 250g (Selected colours)

4. Do you sell glitter in larger quantities?

  • Yes, we do! Email us at rialandco@outlook.com for stock availability and pricing.

5. Do you sell glitter by weight or volume?

  • We sell by weight.

6. Can customers organise to use their own freight company?

  • Yes, we have this option available for all blank orders ONLY.
7. Can orders (personalised items) be refunded?

8. Can orders (glitter/UV DTF Wraps/Decals) be refunded?

  • Yes, as long as your order hasn't been packed.
If you wish to initiate a refund once you've received your order, you are to contact us within 30days of having received your order. Customer is to organise & pay for return freight. Once we have received your order, it will be assessed. If items have been used/damaged and/or not in their correct weight range your order will not be refunded. 
9. Can orders (blanks) be refunded?
  • Yes, as long as we haven't started packing your order. (This will also incur a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount).

Once we have received your order, it will be assessed. If items have been used or damaged your order will not be refunded.
